Issue summary
The Candid Camera Killer: (Batman) Bruce accompanies Vicki Vale to the party of Gregory Bota, a millionaire who recently moved to Gotham and spends his money collecting photographs. as they are leaving Bruce recognizes a criminal going in so he decides to come back later to investigate as Batman. the thug tries to sell some crime pics to Bota but when his price is too high Bota just shoots him and has his butler get rid of the body. Later that night Bota hosts four top mobsters and threatens to use the pics from his collection as evidence to put them away but Batman and Robin show up just then. they arrest the gangsters but a fire was started in the ensuing fight and the house burned with all the pictures and fill. devastated by the loss of his collection Bota vows to take pictures of Batman and Robin as he kills them. The Forgotten Men Of Crime: (Batman) an old con gets out of prison after 30 years and tries to join the gang of a big-time criminal but they laugh at him and call him a has-ben so he rounds up a crew of old cons.
