Issue summary
At the scene of Amazo's attack, Batman picks up kryptonite radiation. Elsewhere, Red Hood and Black Mask negotiate for the kryptonite, settling at fourteen million dollars. Black Mask sends Mr. Freeze to kill Red Hood and get the kryptonite back. On the streets, Batman and Robin track the radiation trail. At a factory somewhere in Gotham, Red Hood figured that Black Mask would trick him and tries to kill Mr. Freeze. Batman and Nightwing show up and both villains flee. Red Hood tracks down the Joker to an abandoned amusement park and beats him with a crowbat before removing his mask and revealing himself to be Jason Todd.
